19.1. For the purposes of the third paragraph of section 96 of the Act, the disability end date is fixed at the expiry of the first 3-month period for which the average monthly income from an occupation, multiplied by 12, is equal to or greater than the substantially gainful occupation, defined in section 17.

19.1. For the purpose of applying the third paragraph of section 96 of the Act, an occupation is deemed to be substantially gainful if the average monthly income therefrom for the 3 previous months, multiplied by 12, is equal to or greater than 12 times the maximum disability pension which, established without applying subparagraphs 2 and 3 of paragraph b of section 123 of the Act, would be payable for the month following the last of the said months.
